SOLO:  350M SWIM + 3.2KM RUN + 300M SWIM + 3.6KM RUN 

RELAY TEAMS 2 WAYS;

3 PERSON TEAM: 2 SWIMMERS + 1 RUNNER

4 PERSON TEAM: 2 SWIMMERS + 2 RUNNERS 

  The traditional Swim/Run event is a unique combination of swimming and running, where participants aim to go from a starting point to a finish point        with a minimum of two swims and run sections. 

  What sets this apart is that all the equipment carried by participants must be taken form the starting point to the finish line. 

  This event offers two options: Individuals can challenge themselves to complete the FULL course OR embrace the opportunity to create a TEAM event. 

  In the TEAM format, runners and swimmers come together to form teams, with each member completing a section of the course.

 This version is an URBAN event therefore will use all road rules to ensure safety.

 Volunteers will be stationed at intersections to assist with participant safety and help maintain a smooth flow of participants and potential   traffic.

AGE CATEGORIES are available for both women and men, including youth.

YOUTH:  10-13, 14-15, 16-18

ADULT: 19-35, 36-45, 46-56, 56-65, 66 & OVER

Teams can be composed of any combination of participants.

*** Please note that participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult

if they wish to run.

The course will be marked with directional arrows and pink flags along the course. 

We will have additional mobile first aid services just in case.                  

       

      The finish is in Fairview park under the Running Room gantry.

        We will be serving bagels, oranges, bananas and liquids as replenishment.

        We will have music and come on out and cheer on your team.
