In order to provide you with the best support and tailored training experience, all our programs begin with a comprehensive one-hour consultation with our coach. During this session, we will review and build upon the following aspects:

Your Objectives: We will discuss your running goals, whether it's improving speed, increasing endurance, preparing for a specific race, or achieving personal milestones.
Your Expectations: We want to understand what you expect from our program and ensure that we align our coaching approach with your needs and aspirations.
Your Race Choice: If you have a specific race in mind, we'll discuss it to develop a strategy and plan that prepares you effectively.
Your Shoes, Equipment, and Nourishment: We'll address any questions or concerns you have regarding footwear, running gear, and nutrition, ensuring you have the right tools and knowledge to optimize your performance.
Additionally, as part of our program, we offer:
Pre-plan Physical Assessment: A thorough assessment to gather essential information about your fitness level, strengths, and areas for improvement. This helps us create a personalized training plan that suits your individual needs.
Personalized Distance and Pace Plan: Based on your goals and assessment results, we will develop a customized plan that outlines the appropriate distances and paces for your training sessions.
Personalized Training Program: A detailed training program designed specifically for you, considering factors such as your current fitness level, time availability, and target race date.
Training Based on Your Schedule: We understand the importance of flexibility, so we will work with you to create a training schedule that fits into your daily routine.
Race-Specific Workout Plan: As your race approaches, we will provide you with a specialized workout plan to help you peak at the right time and perform your best on race day.
Weekly Access to Your Coach: Throughout the program, you will have regular access to your coach for guidance, support, and any adjustments needed to your training plan.

Monthly: $125.00      3 Month: 315.00     6 Month: 595.00
We also offer additional options to enhance your training experience, including;
Technical Training Sessions with the Coach: Dedicated sessions focusing on specific running techniques, form correction, and drills to improve your running efficiency.
Continual Video Analysis and Correction with the Coach: Individual or group sessions where video analysis is used to identify areas for improvement in your running form and provide ongoing correction.
Massage and Reiki Packages Pre and Post Race: Specialized packages to support your recovery and relaxation, including massage therapy and Reiki treatments before and after your races.
